1. Appointment Booking

Booking: Appointments can be over the phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

2. Payment

Accepted Methods: We accept cash, cheque, visa and master cards.

Pricing: Prices are based of hourly rates. A final bill will be provided after service is complete.

3. Guarantee on sewers

We are happy to provide a 4 month guarantee on our sewer cleaning service when we are able to run a full sized cutter to match the diameter of your line from the main clean out all the way to the city main sewer.

4. Changes to Policies

We reserve the right to update these policies as needed. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website.
